I bought the car with 77,000 miles and has been my daily driver for 4 years. I have always kept up on maintenance and replaced anything that was showing wear. I wouldn't be afraid to drive this car anywhere and having AWD in the winter is really nice. I hate to sell it but I am moving to Wisconsin for 6 months and don't really want to store it and hate to see a bunch of miles put on it.

Recent Maintenance:
New Timing Belt, Tensioners, Water Pump and Accesory Belts at 106k
Clutch Master and Slave Cylinder at 105k
New Drivers Side CV Shaft at 107k
New Harmonic Balancer at 113,000
The entire car was completely repainted the factory color 4 years ago.

Car has ran a 13.7 @ 100 as it sits and has more in it, throw on an AFC, some injectors and a FMIC and it should be much faster.

Problems:
Sunroof is stubborn and doesn't always like to close all the way
ABS light is on
Paint on front bumper is chipping in a few places
Drivers seat shows wear
Rust bubble on passenger fender
Small patch of rust on passenger strut tower
Small chip on drivers door
Dash has small crack and is starting to come unglued around defrost vents but I installed a dash mat to cover most of that up (doesn't look too out of place)
Other than that the car is in very good shape except for a door ding here and there

I've seen this in person and it "almost" makes me wish I had my dsm again haha. Definitely a clean car!

Yo brad, this dsm is uber clean. Pecka is a really honest guy and I wouldn't be hesitant to buy this dsm from him at all. Especially since you know a good amount about fixin dsms to begin with, you should be fine. I bet you could convince pecka to throw in his 2gb front bumper for ya too for your fast dsm ;)
