Variable DC Bench Power Supply

Anyone have one, or know of a good place to pick up just a cheap Variable DC Power Supply for bench testing things? I'd like it to go up to 24V, and I don't want to build one, just find some cheap one. I've looked around on ebay and may just buy one off there, but thought someone might know a local place to pick something like this up at. Maybe Axe man...?

I doubt you will find one really cheap. How much amperage do you want it to produce?
