Don't get me wrong, I love Top Gear and watch it all the time. What makes me laugh a little is how seriously the British get over this. Its like a soap opera!

I'd rather be in a society that get's excited over Top Gear than American idol, Days of our lives, or the random slut shows on VH1/Mtv.

I personally don't see colors, so the Stig is the Stig.

Black stig, white stig, doesn't matter to me. They both can drive so I don't see the big deal.

i still think they should have gone with a new driver and different color. The whole purpose of the stig is to keep the identity a secret so people arent biased saying "well that driver sucks he lost at x race in x year"

What ever keeps the UK rating up, this guy/stig can drive better then any american yahoo could ever hope for. Name him/her what ever you want but until they care/fallow what we think it does not matter, what there stats show is what matters. +1 for the un knownest stig, and the more power to Topgear for staying with what works.
