Looking for a Roommate
 

Looking for a Roommate for my house, it is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/4 bathrooms, 2 car garage with third bedroom being used as an office/workout room.
Laundry room and kitchen have all new appliances new furniture in the house, the house is only 3 years old.
Air exchanger, programmed heat/AC. Plenty of storage space underneath staircase.

Located in Blaine in the Lakes housing development that includes $2 million homes so no riff raff.

Renter would be getting the extra room, loft and sole use of the main bathroom. Both the bedroom and bathroom were recently painted. The closet in the third bedroom is open too and that room is available for storage/use if needed. There is a queen size water tube bed in the bedroom already and the loft has a newer (1yr old, we never use it) loveseat and couch, there is also a tv stand in the loft too. Basically the renter would get use of upstairs all to themselves.
This DOES NOT include a garage spot, but 1 spot is taken by the talon on jackstands the other is left for driving vehicles so work can be done when needed.
$450 including utilities.
We are opening our home because my fiancee and I basically don't use upstairs apart from our room and the laundry room and we need the extra money being FT students while working full time.
Oh yeah we have a small cat, Chloe, she is a domestic tabby inside cat only very well behaved.

man if i had a job, i recently lost my job out here in morris, so im moving back to the cities with my dad for a bit, if anything changes ill let you know.

the lakes is a really nice area if people dont know already. Had a g/f live there. Good place to be.

Damn, this would be really nice. This is like a mile from my girlfriends house. If I get the new job tomorrow, I will def call you on this.

^Cool and some dude was an ass about this so I will say. If you have a nice car/valuable car of course we can work out something for you to keep the car inside, not that it isn't safe around here I just understand since I am a car guy.
