NETBOOKS! Who has one?
 

Hey, I'm getting DSMLink here soon, and was wondering if anyone knows if the average netbook should be able to support it? I was just drawn to them because thought of a solid state HD thats vibration resistent(only some), very small size and weight, and low cost!

Anyone have any netbooks that they like?

I was looking at an Asus Eeee PC but I liked the HP I played with at best buy today.

check out microcenter, they have just about all the netbooks on display. I'm picking up a 6 cell acer aspire one tomorrow =)

Anyone who knows more about computers than me:

I was reading that those solid state hard drives can actually be slower than a normal spinning platter HD. Is this true all the time or only on read or write or what? I just was worried the normal style HD might get bumped around while driving.
