I will be making this soon...who wants to come try it when I am done...I am going to add has browns, and salsa and fresh jalapeņos then top it with holindaie sauce and scrambled eggs on the side.

OMFG, I think we just discovered a new State Fair Food on a Stick.
The weave is easy enough to flip, just use a pair of cast-iron skillets or a super-sized omlette pan. I can see building a super-sized mini-donught machine. Feed the weaves in one end, let them float down the grease trough for a minute, a mechanical arm does the flipping, another 30 seconds, and delivery to the 'fixings' bar where cheese, hashbrowns scrambled eggs, japalenos, etc, get added for each order. Wrap up with a stick and a business card for the Minneapolis Heart Institute. Someone quick figure out how to mass produce these things. |
