Cheesy Bacon Roll

I don't even eat bacon, and have been drooling over this all day:

Yes, jalapenos, and someone also tried adding hashbrowns to it too!

I think the weaving of the bacon works as a stint. No worries on the heart attack.

ROFL.

That's awesome. We should have a party and make a bunch of them. We'd need tofu strips for our resident blasphemer.

Re: Cheesy Bacon Roll

OMFG, I think we just discovered a new State Fair Food on a Stick.

The weave is easy enough to flip, just use a pair of cast-iron skillets or a super-sized omlette pan.

I can see building a super-sized mini-donught machine. Feed the weaves in one end, let them float down the grease trough for a minute, a mechanical arm does the flipping, another 30 seconds, and delivery to the 'fixings' bar where cheese, hashbrowns scrambled eggs, japalenos, etc, get added for each order. Wrap up with a stick and a business card for the Minneapolis Heart Institute.

Someone quick figure out how to mass produce these things.
