I read around but could not find what happened? Car accident?
I didn't know the guy, but that sucks. |
Re: RIP Wes Hess
Yeah, that blows. He had a lot of good ideas. He will be missed.
He was a passenger in a mustang when the 21 year old driver lost control and they hit a culvert and flipped into an on-coming car. Then the mustang started on fire. The driver is still in critical condition, the other car's people only had minor injuries. |

Four injured in fiery crash
Tuesday, Dec 23 2008, 9:30 pm CNJ staff Four people were injured in a fiery two-car collision Tuesday morning east of Clovis. The crash happened north of 21st Street on Curry Road G around 11 a.m. Ryan Carter, 21, and Wesley Hess, 31, both of Clovis, were airlifted to the University Medical Center in Lubbock, according to state police. Both were described in critical condition, according to a state police press released about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. New Mexico State Police Capt. Jimmy Glascock said Carter was driving a 2001 Ford Mustang southbound at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle and went into a broadside skid. The Mustang hit a culvert on the east side of the road, causing the car to spin back into the roadway. The rear of the Mustang hit the front of the northbound vehicle, a 2006 four-door Chrysler. The southbound vehicle caught on fire in a field on the east side of the road. Carter received burn injuries. Hess was a passenger in the Mustang. The driver of the northbound vehicle, Lisa Sanders, 48, and her husband, Larry Sanders, 55, both of Farwell, were treated at Plains Regional Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries, Glascock said. __________________ |

Re: RIP Wes Hess
Yeah that really sucks; he was a well known figure in the DSM community all over the country for his ideas and his own car. He will be missed by a lot of people.

Re: RIP Wes Hess
:( He was a really nice guy the one time I dealt with him w/ a sale... and he seemed like a good dude at the shootout.

Re: RIP Wes Hess
This is why I hate street tuning (assuming why he was a passanger and they were traveling at a high rate of speed).
I can't access that site from work, I'll have to check the thread this weekend when the internet comes! |
