Google Apps API Documentation = FAIL

I just have to say, it's surprising to see how shitty Google's documentation is.. on almost everything they make. I'm working with the YouTube API and the documentation is like something a fourth grader put together. And forget about talking to anyone at Google or finding a support email address. If you go to their coding forums, it's just a bunch of irritated and pissed off people. Anyone else work their API's or have a similar experience?

application programming interface.. it's like a custom library of code created by an organization like Google or Facebook that works with pre-existing coding/scripting languages like Java and PHP.
