Upcoming project
 
Ok so I am in the proccess of finding a good clean 1g shell to slowly start building up over the next year maybe two years... I am in no rush to complete it and relize by then the setup might not be optimal.

However for now the set up plan is gonna go as follows and I'm looking for any input.

You wont need the sheetmetal intake or the header to accomplish that.

youre probably right, but by DD i meant the brand of dyno. even then i should break that on 25+ psi.

I wouldn't bother porting the head either, use that money to upgrade to a SS exhaust. Changing out the TB isn't needed either. The rest looks good (plus what the other guys said).

im gonna go with jet and ditch the porting and n/t TB. I was gonna ditch the SMIM but I plan on reving it to 8200 rpms and the stocker wont make power up top

My stocker made 460 whp on a DD :D Your power is going to be dropping off with a small turbo anyway. The SMIM would probably help a little, but won't be a huge help at those levels. I would get the car on the road and dyno'd, then if it seems to be a restriction, change it. It is an easy swap.

Some guy with E85 on evo3 16G made 370, cams, no smim. It should be easier with your turbo.
