What i traded my snowmobile for...

So i think i got a pretty good deal

1991 Eclipse GSX Auto
154,xxx Miles
16G(Not sure if this is true or not)
Axle back exhaust
MBC

Otherwise its all stock, It needs a lil work but for the 550 bux i paid for the sled i thin i got a hell of a deal.

The guy said it was "Broken & Probably not driveable"

I started to wiggle sensor wires and noticed the CAS plug was unpluged slightly. I pluged it back in and it fired right up, I drove it all the way back from forest lake with no problems but once i got home i took it for a lil rip down the highway close by and ended up poping the Headgasket...

So now i get to do a little upgrading

And probably a couple other things, The funny thing is i really wasnt trying to mod it, And i was thinking that the whole ride home but after what happened might as well fix it right.

They would if they were black, Your wheels are a lil on the steep side of pricing for my wallet...

Did you buy this car off of 170th ave in hugo on a back road? I think I know this car. You passed by the goofy looking chevy z71 sitting in the field i bet.

Who builds auto transmissions up? I know shep TRE and Dogbox are good 5 speeder rebuild shops, but who builds up the auto?

Get a huge stall/torque converter, launch on a huge turbo, petal to the floor for 4 gears at full boost = win.

Its alive again now with the help of some ARP's and a Cometic HG, 12 psi for now but suprisingly it rips pretty good. More goodies to come...:biggrin:
