looked pretty fun, id also like to try a road course someday, but will probably never autocross.

Is there a track around the Twin Cities area similar to that one in Shawano?
That looks like fun.

Also, are there any driving courses one can take on autocross driving, etc. Everyone knows how to drive fast but it would be nice to learn the proper ways of driving in a formal (real track) setting.

The closest we have is Brainerd. That's either a 2.5 or 3 mile road course depending on how they have it set up. I know they have track days, but I'm not sure what they offer as far as driving education.

Isn't DonnyBrook Racing still up there at BIR? One of my friends took the course a few years ago, expensive as hell, but he said it was worth it.

It looks like it wouldn't be too bad for a full day in your own car at BIR. I may do that next year. Anyone else up for it?
