Tuning help, 1g MAFT+SAFC2
Alright, just trying to get a decent street tune out of my car so it doesn't run like poo for the cruise.
Mods: S16g turbo, its at like 8 psi right now, but want to eventually run low 20's 660cc injectors (Denso probably?) 3 in. MAF with Translator SAFC2 Walbro 255lph pump with NO AFPR FMIC Palm with Pocketlogger software What should I be looking at when trying to tune the low throttle trims? Sitting at idle, my o2 trim usually sits at 100%, but when I rev it a little, it can run right up to like 160% and then settles back down to 100%. Low throttle fuel trim is sitting right around 125% +/- 5% usually. Cruising at 2000rpms, the o2 trims jump around between like 50-70% I have my MAF-T setup reading 550cc injectors (was set like that when I bought the car from the guy) and the idle one click richer, medium (or whatever) at 0, and the high one click leaner. Should I be leaning out the idle switch? Should I change the MAF-T to 660cc injectors? 450cc stock setting? SAFC2 is basically 0'ed out. I have read many different threads here, DSMTuners, DSMTalk, etc. and still don't quite understand what needs to be done. I know I have to shoot for 100% for the trim, but can't figure out what I need to change to get there. Any tuning tips is greatly appreciated. I am currently waiting for the car to cool down to put on my new coupler I got in the mail today for my j-pipe to my ic piping. |
