lookin on doin the front end conversion so i need an eclipse front bumper and headlights same year 97+ not 95 or 96

Are you looking for oem pieces? If not you can pick up certifit oem replacement parts pretty cheap. I think the 2gb front from certifit is around $65 and the headlight are around $75 a piece dont quote me 100% on that one tho.
