I'm really thinking of going with a rim that is either gold or bronze. I think they would look sweet on my Copper Eclipse. Anybody running them? Got pics?

Maybe bronze, deffinately not gold. Personally, I don't think either will look too good on a Copper car...try maybe gunmetal, even chrome looks good on copper.

I personally say Chrome..otherwise gunmetal. Not bronze and definately not gold.

For your car color, gunmetal all the way.

You could get some anthracite color ones. that's cool. get 18's though. i can't stress that enough. 18's!!

I agree with gunmetal it is a sweet coler rim on almost all colers of car.

I also think that black powdercoated would look sweet on right rim.

Damn! I guess I am totally off the trend wagon. :ohmy: I thought for sure they would look nice but not from what I am hearing here. Chrome is cool but I am tired of chrome. Gunmetal seems to be overdone now so thought bronze or gold. I will definately look into it more. BTW 18's are the only size I would go with. I have photshop so will try that but just been too busy.

Just checked that site and here is what I found. I think these would look nice but will phot shop them to see.

These are the better ones as they seme to have a polished lip.

Gold with a polish lip is nice, but for your car color, I think you just need silver or the over-generic black/GM w/ polish lip. The copper is just too dark of a tint. Its just that gold is a lighter tint of copper and would look odd.

I am definately understanding you all on this now. I think they would be great if my car was black or white but the copper is just not a good fit. Thanks for helping me see the errors in my way :razz2: J/K I am still looking. I am leaning more to the Gunmetal or anthicite(sp?) but definately staying away from Black. I just don't like the lack of definition between the black tires and a black rim. A Polished lip definately helps but I don't know. Still searching. I'll post some pics after I get closer to a decision and see what you all say. DAMN! I forgot I need to get some money before I do this. I always forget that. :headache:

I know exactly the dillema your going through. I went through it too, but I went with chrome and I think it turned out pretty well. The other one I was looking at was gunmetal with a polished lip. Those also would look good.
