FS Fully Built TRE FWD Tranny 2g
 

I have a fully built TRE tranny for a 95-99 2g FWD dsm. I have almost $2,000 into this tranny and it only has just under 1,000 miles on it. Selling because I converted my spyder to AWD. It comes with the following.

Oil passageways are enlarged to improve oiling
new modified double synchro 2nd gear
high tension synchro springs
tough 3rd/4th shift fork

The parts replaced:
New front differential spider gearset
New high friction 1-5th synchros
New 1st-2nd hub & sleeve
New 3rd/4th hub & sleeve
New 1st-2nd shift fork
New 3rd/4th shift fork
New double synchro 2nd gearset
New Input shaft bearings
New Intermediate shaft bearings
New needle bearings under 1st -5th gears
New oil seals
New synchro keys
New synchro key springs
New front differential shims
Neodymium trash magnet, oil filter and magnetic drain plug.
New snap rings, heavy duty double roll pins, end nuts, bearing shims and all the other non-reusables
All gears & shafts stress relieved, deburred and modified for durability and improved shift quality.
Glass beading of transmission case.

8% taller 5th gear for better mileage and higher top speed
Heavy Duty hardened steel shift forks
