Stock Evo hoods weigh less than most CF hoods though.

The only reason they might not is the weight difference between the Evo hood and the DSM hood. I was thinking about getting a set for my car, but I wanna make sure they will handle the weight first.

guys, I don't think they will work on a 1g sorry. The dampers are a custom length to fit the stock mounting points on the Evo.
