Serious issues

So i had my car in neutral and reved it when it suddenly died. Push the clutch in, start the car, let the clutch out and it dies again. Now when i put it into gear and let the clutch out, it makes a small jump, even in neutral, and dies. Im guessing this is pretty serious, any ideas as to what it may be?

Sounds like the clutch is fragged. How high did you rev it up and how quickly did the car die?
Any noises?

Almost sounds like it's stuck in a high gear.

Revved it to around 7, then it acted like it stalled instantly
