Sept-Nov Apartment Sublease (Minnetonka, MN)

I'm looking to sublease a 1-bedroom apartment near Ridgedale in Minnetonka for September, October, and the first week of November. If you're interested we can discuss the dates you want to live there and how much you're willing to pay. It is a very nice "luxury apartment home" with all the amenities like underground heated parking, indoor pool, tanning, etc.

The rent is $858/month which includes Comcast cable and I think a few other utilities. I am willing to negotiate though since I really don't want it sitting empty. I'll be back in town Monday evening so I'll respond to and posts/PM's then!
