Poor unemployed dsm'er looking for deal on exhaust parts
 

I lost my job due to an injury so I am unemployed, pretty much money is tight right now. I am hoping someone might have a 2g exhaust manifold or 2g o2 housing that they would be willing to let go at an affordable price for a broke ass like myself. The heat shielding would also be nice to get, if anyone has this stuff laying around pleez let me know.

You can have my 2g mani for $10 if you want. It's got a small hairline crack in it, but it worked fine for me for quite a while.

Come on, someone has to have a 2g exhaust manifold that is not cracked laying around.I am willing to pay a fair price for it.

I have one, I am in rosemount so I am fairly close to you. I have a 2g that is unported and has no cracks or anything.

I know you are not supposed to weld cast iron, but the later 2g manifolds were cast steel. Either way, I have had great success heating the crack with a torch until it's glowing red hot and then welding it with the heat turned way up.

Never cracked again. Just a thought.

I have the heat shields and 2g o2 housing. I can give you a really good deal on them since I just want them gone. PM me if interested.
