boost leak tester.
Anyone have a boost leak tester to fit a 14b?
|
Re: boost leak tester.
There is a thread someone showed me on tunerz one time. I searched a little and couldn't find it :(
Basically it is only like 13 bucks plus shipping, looks like a good tester. It is meant for a 3" turbo, but all you would need is a 3" coupler that reduces down to 14b size. Let me know if anyone finds the link, I'd like to order it... |

http://www.machv.com/macvleaktes.html I made one from plumbing parts and a coupler from Checker. http://www.dsmstyle.com/forums/attac...2&d=1185745537 |

$30 I have one that a member here gave me to use and then the kid never showed up again. But you can make them for super cheap. |
Re: boost leak tester.
Just go make one. It's real easy. I made mine from scrap metal when I was in highschool and a 2 inch coupler from fleetfarm, along with a bolt on style air valve. Cost around 5 bucks total, jb welded it together and it works great.
