My final pro-e project

I know a lotta guys on here use programs like this and I thought I'd share a couple pics of my final project. Basically we tore apart and aftermarket HPI Micro RS4 R/C car and recreated all 70 plus parts. We measured out everything and then just went to town. We each individually put in about 80 hours worth of work into this project and right now I couldn't be happier to be done. Anyways, here's a pic of the real car vs the one we made. I'll upload some exploded views later.

Pretty cool. Do you race at Molzer Mowery? They're right next door to me, they race the high end RC cars about three nights a week.

I was also going to say that those wheels look like a bitch to make. I hate doing lofted surfaces.

It quite possibly could be. It's tough to measure a bumper to specs that it should have been to. Unfortunately, this car was raced quite a bit and is getting a little old. The actual bumper isn't in the best of shape so we tried modeling it after what a new one would be. On the other hand, there are just about no major tolerances that went into making the bumper so in reality, every bumper would look just a little bit off :)

It's not actually my car, it belongs to a buddy of mine. He does race it quite up bit up here in fargo.

The reason they say the bumper is off because in your model it's rounded all the way around. In the picture it is rounded and then goes parrallel with the car frame.
