the 2900 p.p. and fly are in my evo III right now till sunday when the twin plate goes in.

What does a 2900 hold for power? Will that work good with a 6 puck non sprung well?

it will hold good power. I know my bros car on his 2600 has made 408awhp on a make it run tune on e85 and that does not slip with a street disk. So the 2900 will hold alot more. It will work with any kind of disk
