evo ix exhaust system
 

so i got a 06 evo ix mr and was wondering where i could get a exhaust system for it. i have been looking online and couldn't find any except for the earlier ones and was wondering if they would fit up.

Lots of places! I particularly like the Buschur Racing TBE w/ no cat, but some guys here have been getting 'ebay' exhausts for cheap. The ebay downpipes and testpipes are ok, but the catback hangs a little low and is a little ricey for my taste.

You looked online for an exhaust and couldnt find ANY? -_-

Where the hell were you looking?!!??!?! Even freaking amazon dot com sells exhaust for evos!

I have a Buschur TBE on my IX (testpipe, Magnaflow muffler). The eBay downpipes (make sure you get one that fits the 05-06 ACD unit) and testpipes are really nice fitment and quality wise. The catbacks are ok too but they do hang a bit low (I guess you can't complain for only $300 for the entire turboback setup). Look into Megan products too, thats probably what I would get if I had to do everything again.

If you don't mind used, you can find some good deals on ebay on name brand as well as on the other forums like evolutionm.net has a big for sale section. I found my exhaust parts (including Buschur DP, Ebay resonator, AMS catback) on ebay and on the forums and saved a bunch of money.
