Turbo Diesel in an eclipse????
Its funny what he says at the end. "Tell you what Mitsubishi, if you build this and put and eclipse badge on it, Keep the turbo and AWD of course. We will forgive you for the 3rd and 4th generation eclipses and maybe set aside some money to take one home."

I think it is pretty cool actually. Not 100% on the diesel but the car looks kinda cool.

Those wheels are gaudy as hell. I hope they don't screw that up again and put 17 and 18s into a wheel well that is clearly meant to have huge rims.

I'm sure i'll like the production model better, but that one looks a little... year 2050.

Screw that! Put propane injection on it, and convert it to run on vegtable oil! Make tons of power, and be environmentally friendly at the same time!

i like it.....it definately does make up for the recent mistakes from mitsubishi and manages to take themselves back to the time of the o so awesome dsms!!!

Mitsu always did have a way of making a good diesel engine. My father had a L200 Pickup (basically the Mighty Max over here) with 4 full doors and a diesel engine in it. It was a 92 and it was in Norway. Very strong and reliable engine. It had a 2.5 in it. I don't remember which size they said was in this one, but I'm sure it'll be a good one...
