Galant VR4 Help

I Just picked up a GVR4 and it sputters-cuts out at 3-4k RPM 0-5psi will go up to 4K rpm's cold and 3k warm.

I did the buzer thing and I got this

Long short
1 1
2 1
2 5
1 1
2 1
2 5

looks like to me a 21 Engine coolant temperature sensor and 25 Barometric pressure sensor or did I read the info wrong? Im working on trying to data log but my old laptop is having issues.....

so far
I removed the boost controller
put in a new fuel filter
new plugs & wires
put on some new couplers

What do you guys think my next step should be?

Check the wires at the coolant temp sensor harness on top of the Tstat housing. They were more than likely broken while you were upgrading

It now holds 25 psi fixed a leak from intake to V/C

the car is very random when it cuts out worst is in fifth gear all I have to do is get in to the pedal and it cuts out.

very random where it cuts out any where from 3-12 psi and 3-4500 RPM
