Busted DSM in St.Cloud area, do you need help?
 

I need help finding the owner of a 90-91 black TSI AWD with a missing main spoiler wing and a white hach. Tires in the back.

it is located in waite park in my apartment parking lot, it has been there for months and moved only when the lot has been plowed.

If you need help getting it going again, LMK I have a double garage with all the tools + heater you will need to get it to DD status again.

In about 5 days you are getting towed.....FYI.

Its because the plates are now gone.

My landlord asked me about it, knowing that im usually behind most of the DSMs in my parking lot.

the picture was taken a MONTH ago when I first saw the car, if I had a current picture it would show that exact same car WITHOUT any licence plates.

then it is probley stolen and dumped
you can have the vin checked by the cops also
