Turbo Calculator

Here's a calculator a friend of mine turned me onto. He's used it before on other cars he's put together and it worked well. We put in the numbers for his twin turbo small block Camaro (low 8/hi 7 sec tube chassis car :smoking:) and it was very close. Keep in mind it is a "calculator", but it does seem to work. When I punched in the numbers from my last time at the track the results I got were almost a perfect match on airflow vs. boost, etc.

Just input your numbers and select a turbo from the list of turbos on the bottom to see how it will work with your set-up. Keep it realistic though, don't ask for 1000hp on a 20g. Just watch the lb/min of airflow to know if the turbo is big enough.

Have fun .

Nice, that saves a lot of calculator punching! It says I should be running a GT3782R, not sure about that though.

It's really cool when you ARE running two turbos.... looks like those twin 14b's would only be good for 400hp. Is this crank or wheel? Maybe it doesn't say or i missed it, but i'd imagine crank.

I would guess crank HP, or dynojet HP, its about the same.
