They are putting a few original xbox games on xbox live to download and play on the 360. I've picked up the Original HALO and I'm going to play all 3 in order over the next couple weeks (Picked up HALO 2 a few weeks back). They have a few others that are pretty nice to have on the 360 as well.

I read that the downloads aren't as good as the actual game copy. Can anyone clarify?

Everything seems just fine to me (played Halo for a while already) and the only thing they say on xbox live before you DL is that some areas the sound may be off, but I can't tell anything yet.

Have they cracked the X360 yet? We are getting one for my dad for Xmas and are trying to decide if the Elite system is worth it, or to just get the premium. I doubt he will go on Live, but if they cracked it so he can put games on the HD, I know he would do that. He mod'd his Xbox. Yes, he is 61 and loves to play video games :lol:
