DO ONE!!!

just discovered that my issues with boost falling off was not the 16G, thats right people i could of went 11.8 or 11.7 but i had a huge boost leak, at 10 psi the throttle body elbow was leaking like a sieve.
So far the problem seems to be the gasket with broke off in 3 pieces and was crunchy like a chip.

I haven't touched the car since, but i wanted to help out everyone else.
If something doesn't seem right or boost falls off, do a test.

Whats a boost leak test? Isn't that some kind of elderly drink? I thought that they came in sealed containers? Wouldn't you know if they were leaking when you bought them at the store? I'm very confused.

^thanks man, we just figured it was normal for the 16G, and i didn't think i had a leak since i had no problem with pipes blowing off, but my understanding of boost leaks is becoming bigger.

Dammit we could have had more boost! You told me you checked the system, and with the spike we had, I figured that little guy was tapped.

Ha ha, well, I think a "bottle boost leak" could end way worse than a normal boost leak. How much "boost" are you running btw?
