New Google GPS for non GPS mobile phones
 

The new GPS for mobile phones was launched by Google today. Below are a couple quick quotes from the Beta launch page:



"New! Google Maps with My Location (Beta)
See your location on the map, with or without GPS."

"The My Location feature is available for most web-enabled mobile phones, including Java, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, and Nokia/Symbian devices."

If only it was available for the iPhone... I'm still stuck with Navizon for now.

Sounds cool. The My Location/GPS part didnt work for me but its a nice mobile interface to google maps. Way better than trying to use the regular website on windows mobile..

still hate you mo, it gets my location within 1700m but i don't have a GPS phone, but its kinda scary that they can know your location.

Anywho my new nuvi 350 just arrived. I will see which one i like better.
