Anyone ever heard, seen, or even used one of these?

Here's a pic of one on an evo:

Bah, the Xtreme lawn mower battery from walmart is 12 lbs I believe and I am on my 2nd year with it in the Talon. $35.

At 3 lbs you could put two in and be set! I do like saving weight but at some point things just become impractical. We are in MN, it gets cold Cold = less power avaiable from the battiery and MORE power required. Bad combo for a DD.

Why are Evo owners so into this tiny battery thing, there is a ton of room for a "normal" sized battery.

Yea Im not sure either.. If anything Id rather relocate the stock battery to the trunk to clean things up a bit.

Everyone wants the short-route UICP, and of course to save some weight.

Better hope your car starts on the first try.

Civic battery where the charcoal canister used to be works well. Almost stock cold cranking amps and plenty light, low and out of the way.
