03 evolution rust warranty
 

I just bought a 03 silver evo. It has a little patch of rust just under the spoiler on the driver side, since i am the 3rd owner, Is that still under warranty and if so how would I go about doing something about that.

you would need to talk to the service dept
and see what they say.
I know we have replaced one.

And I belive that was mine! They did a recall of the spoilers for the '05 evo's, I just had the spoiler replaced on mine and they had to paint the trunk because of rust under the spoiler. So call the dealer and check.
