There is a diffrence between baggy and saggy. Baggy is just that, lose fitting. Saggy means :moon: , or in other words falling off you. If you wear baggy pants, wear a belt so you don't have to pull them up every fifth step, then they are not saggy. I'm not arguing for the law here, just differntiating between two things that seem ot have been lumped together due to their close relation.

More dumb laws, yay. Next they will ban bikinis at the beach.

Haha I dont even know what to say to that. Yeah its nasty when pants are falling off and people do have to pull them up every few feet or they just sit there and hold you dick, not attractive at all. But I can't believe a law is actually put against it!

Actually, some beaches already have minimum suit covering size. For example, a girls suit, both top and bottom would have to be XX inches squared for her to wear it, and the requirement is high enough, that now bikini will fit the guidelines. Think it's getting more popular now...

If i were to run for office, i'd legalize marry jane, :PIMP:and make clothing up to the person wearing them. As long as i don't see no one's junk that is.

All of this is rediculous. So somebody doesn't wasnt to see "underwear?" Should it be illegal to wear underwear over your pants? How about shorts the size of boxers? Bad fassion it may be, but it's not indecent exposure. As far as I'm concerned it's an obvious infringement on people's constitional right to self expression.

I like and don't like this law. I like it because yes I also hate the people that walk around holding on to there pants. It is stupid to watch them walk too. Oh and for the saggy pants thing yes they do wear a belt. Its not tight at all! But ghay at that.
