It should be around 2-3 hours labor plus parts.

2-3 hours would be quick, it's not exactly a fun job.

+1 for the window weld. Just make sure to unbolt the carrier bearings from the body before you pump it in.

If you are doing the carrier bearing mod, I would suggest to drop the driveshaft for 24 hours so the weld can setup. Support the full driveshaft on jackstands and just let the carrier bearing weight be suspended.
