Need pocketlogger program

my palm got erased. i dont know my cable serial number..

for a 1g.

tried stein, didnt work, nor do i like it.

If you have a real pocketlogger cable, you can pay the company $10 or something to transfer the software to your name and download anytime you want for free.

The serial number should be on the cable.

From the pocketlogger.com site:

It is not your invoice number, serial number to your Palm or any other number other than the 3 or 4 digit "Serial Number" printed on the label attached to your PocketLOGGER cable. We will not process requests without a valid serial number. DSM cables manufactured before 3/8/01 did not have serial numbers. If you have one of these cables, type "none" in the box below. If you type "none" and your cable did have a serial number, your request will not be processed.

You'll also need to know the email address of the person who bought the cable from pocketlogger.com.

I just got pocketlogger to give me the software for free, I didn't have to pay the $25 transfer.

Why can't you find the serial number? Mine was right on the plug that goes into the OBDII connection. But I guess you have a 1g, not sure about those.
