aditional parts i forgot to mention that are new are
new front drive axles
the car has no rust it had 1 small spot of rust that was cut out and new metal welded in
the car needs the trim reatached and painted 1 more time i have the paint,reducer and hardener to do this
it also needs ball joints on both sides i have 2 great condition lower control arms for it with good ball joints for the car
other than that the car runs great just changed the oil yesterday does not leak or burn any oil

OK, I forgot that not everyone can see that section of mnsc. I'll just copy and paste my ad from over there.

For sale is my 1990 Subaru Legacy LS AWD Automatic. We bought this new in 1990, and have put around 188k miles since.

Mechanically it has been maintained very well, and runs and drives great. This would be a perfect and reliable daily driver, not to mention a great winter beast. It is pretty rusty, but the interior(cloth) is in good shape for the age. Everything except the a/c works. And even that is just the compressor, the rest of the a/c is fairly new.

The good:
Truly a great runner. I'd trust it to take me cross country. And actually drove this on a ski trip to Colorado about 10k miles ago.
Everything works and the interior is pretty clean.
AWD!!
White with gold Riken wheels looks decent.
TB/WP don't need to be done for about 35k miles.

The bad:
Rusty
And needs either a brake master cyl., or loaded calipers on the front. Not sure which, the pedal pulsates. And not in the warped rotor type of way.

I will sell it for $1000 as is, or $1200(parts cost/free labor) with the brake issue fixed.

Yeah, I didn't think it was a chance, but I have it for sale and figured it was worth a shot. If it sells before you sell your car, then I'll come take a look at your car in person.

Too bad it's an auto. Kinda defeats the purpose of an AWD system for anything but winter driving... Is it a small or big 16g? In your caigslist ad it says it's a big 16 while on here it's a small 16?

i can make my rent it just takes up 80% of my check doesnt leave much thats why i would sell it cuz id rather do that than live off ramen for 2 weeks
