Town home for rent/sale

As most of you are aware, Allan & I are moving to Crystal in October. With that, I am looking to rent or sell my current town home which is located in Otsego (off Hwy 101 & Cty Rd 37).

Here's the details:

~1,100 sq ft
2 bedroom (both with large walk-in closets)
1 1/2 bathroom
1 car attached garage
All appliances stay with home (dishwasher, microwave -GE space saver, washer/dryer, disposal)
Built new in 2002
Available ~ November 1st.

I would prefer a non-smoker, or smoking outside on patio only (if renting).

If anyone is interested, or would like more details (or pictures), please send me a pm. I would also be willing to pay a finder's fee, if you know anyone that would be interested & a deal goes through.

Thanks!
Jana

Roughly, what's the commute to downtown Minneapolis? There are ISU graduates continually moving to the Cities.

Depends on if you drive or want to take an express bus. When I worked downtown, here's what it was:

Leaving at 6 a.m. driving straight there - 30 min.
Leaving at 6 a.m. driving to Maple Grove & taking Express bus - 45 min-1hr (bus runs every 10 min.

It's a nice option because you save on gas, but the commute is a bit longer (but you can enjoy a book, nap or do work on the bus).

Thanks for keeping an eye open for me! :)

If it was a little closer to the cities, I'd be interested, but that would put my drive to, and from work anywhere between an hour, and an hour and a half.

Another thing to add on the traffic/commute aspect. They are in the process of redoing HWY101 and it's cutting lots of time off. Plus there are several backroads to get to CR 81, 94, and a few others to change up the drive. If we hadn't simply out grown the place we'd probably stay due to the changes they are making to speed the commutes up.

I'd be willing to toss out a $500 referall to anyone that may find someone that goes though. I'd also consider doing a first month rent free to anyone who may rent. Just a few options.

Anyone? ... know anyone? :) It'll be up on the market by the end of the month otherwise.
