You need a GL-4 fluid in your transmission; you need a DOT3/4 for your clutch's hydraulic system.

so my clutch is stuck to the ground and will only come up if i bring it up by hand and the fluid in the little round container on driver side is gone so i would need the dot 3/4?

Yes. And you probably need to figure out where the old stuff went and why it's gone. If you have a hole in one of your lines, and it all leaked out, simply filling it will not fix it because it'll squirt right back out.

Less than a quart, a pint bottle should be plenty. Filling it up isn't going to do anything b/c you probably either have a shot clutch master or slave cylinder, and with an empty bottle there will be air in your lines.

Doesn't matter. Follow what Kracka said.

Brake fluid, doesn't really matter the grade. Far less than a pint, even with bleeding.

What does a new clutch and transmission have to do with an old worn out clutch hydraulic system? These are the parts that connect your clutch pedal to the actual clutch and they are fairly common failure points on a DSM.
