Rockers are loose, car wont start.

hi guys its me again, sorry. Two of my rockers are loose is that why my car wont start? well let me know thanks. P.S. car died on me while i was driving around 30 to 35mph. and than i open the valve cover to see what happen.

How are they loose? Did they fall off? Are the lifters collapsed?

My guess is the timing belt skipped, bent some valves and the valves won't shut all the way, hence the loose rocker arms.
