Since it's getting it to clutch season so while it's apart why not put in a halfway decent flywheel. :) Even if you don't care about the lighter weight, if your making a lot of power or reving high then don't be one of those guys that puts his stock flywheel through the hood(most commonly happens on GVR4 and JDM motors, they had a shitty flywheel). So...
ACT Xact Flywheels - $233 until the end of the month. ~11lbs, resurfaceable |

People grab these things. Even if you won't need it till you break something and take the tranny out mid way thorugh the year. That's a killer price.
|
Good price.
FYI, under 11.99 you have to have a sfi certified flywheel, the oem one doesn't count. (nhra track). Nothing like having a flywheel explode and taking out 3-10k in parts, when it could of cost you less than $400 to fix it (flywheel plus scattershield 'just in case'). |
I'm thinkin hard about this one. I'm sure my clutch is just laying in wait to wear out when I least expect it. I'm getting one of these flywheels when that happens.
|
I will probably do one too. I am dropping the tranny now to put in my 2600 so why not put in the matching flywheel. :bounce: Now are these completely ready to go? Just slap it in when I do the clutch?
Oh yeah its 6 Bolt AWD. Let me know how/when to make payment. Thanks. |
