A buddy of mine with a SRT4 got in all kinds of trouble when he first bought his. It was completely stock, he got in trouble for his exhuast being too loud, no front plate(even though there were no holes for one), his windows where too dark, and the car was too low to the ground. You can tell when cops just wanna fuck with people.

Anyway, yea that is pretty bad. I dont think city/state laws can go beyond Federal laws... I mean if the govt passed the car to get into the US then they should be good to go and not have to worry about that crap. Sure they stop a stock Evo but not all the other ricers with their huge wings and altezzas and crap.
