Thats one of the best vid's i've ever seen. just awesome. If i tried it I'd end up driving off a cliff. The way he was driving into the sun and the blind corners JUST AWESOME.

I have seen that vid many times. And yes lucky duck. Shoot lots of pics and even vid if you can. Have fun and don't fall off the cliff.

OMG, what a good time!
1: the world record tome of 10 min 4 sec set in '94 was broken with a 10 min 1 sec run by the 1000+ hp, $1 million Suzuki (XL7 I believe)
2: 3 beers is allot at 13,000"
3: Colorado Springs is beautiful
4: we almost got hit by a sliding car!
If your in that neck of the woods its definitely worth the trip!

Was it still on dirt? I know there has been a HUGE controversy over whether or not to pave the climb. Last I heard, they were going to pave over approx 3/4 of the "track."

it starts out on pavement, turns to gravel, then back to pavement.
