2 companies just came out with dog boxes for the DSM! Magnus has one and so does CTC. They are pretty spendy at $4500 each but will hold tons of power and you don't even have to push in the clutch to shift. Although they will grind some since there are no synchro's (unless you match the RPM's perfect). They won't hold up real great for a daily driver, but it would be a good option for a high HP mostly track car (AKA Raptor in the future or Hill).

How would they not hold up to daily driving if they can hold up to track abuse?

Straight-cut gears.

They will hold tons of power because the gears are wider, but what kills them is that there aren't any synchro's. Since they don't have synchro's they will grind a lot of the time. Lots of shifts are what will kill it.

They're also really loud.

The sound of transmissions with straight cut gears is sweet.
