Dump off of O2

Hey guys,
Im looking at this http://www.extremepsi.com/store/cust...at=1392&page=1
Because a buddy has a Tubular Manifold that doesnt have the External WG flange on it.
Currently my turbo has the Internal WG Flapper welded shut and the seperator cut as well. My first instinct is that it will not work and im stuck with an external WG off the Manifold.
Otherwise i wonder if a shop would be able to weld a external dump off of the tubular mani.

Couldn't you just cut out the wastegate flapper, then grind the wastegate hole bigger? A friend bought a SS Autocrap 02 housing, and modified if for recirc. external gated (Tial 38mm). Works awesome, and was super cheap!

Punishment Racing sells a weldup kit for $75. I'll be putting one of those in my car this weekend. I'll be having it recirc back into it's self just before the dp flange

Yeah but the problem im seeing is that the exhaust housing is the cut one, not the 02 housing, Between the WG Flapper and the exhaust wheel there is a section cut out.
