For Sale:

1993 Madza Rx7 FD R1 Twin Turbo. This car I bought to have as a second daily driver to have with my Stealth TT, but I am buying a house and out of nowhere my broker called me yesterday and said I need to have 10,500 cash down for the deal to go through. I am supposed to close on May 15th, and so this car has to be sold this week.

The car is black exterior with black leather interior. It is the R1 model with the dual oil coolers, etc.

It has only 65,000 original miles on it.

I am very new to these cars, I have only had it since January or February. However, it does have a few mods and is a very fast car. I am unsure of the exact mods, but I will list what I know and get pictures up tomorrow for everyonew to see.

Mods:

HKS Twin Intake System
Peter Ferrell Intercooler
Racing Beat Catback Exhaust (stainless steel)
New Clutch (not sure what model, but old owner put a new one in about 700 miles ago)
All Hard Piping for Intakes and Intercooler
Electronic Boost Controller
HKS Boost Gauge
Built in Radar Detector with front and rear sensors
(The ebc, gauge, and radar detector are all built in to the dash right below the single din cd player. They have a custom pod made for them and look very nice)
Push Button Start
Bass Tube in Hatch
Single Din Cd player
Set of almost brand new tires that come with the car


The bad:
Hail Damage on Hood. Before I bought the car, at some point in its life it had hail damage. Most of it is on the hood, but there is a tiny bit on the roof and a couple spots here and there. Not much, but an aftermarket hood would fix most of it.

Car idle rolls sometimes. It idles at around 1300-1700 rpms. Sometimes it idles perfectly, but other times it idle rolls. I am not sure if its a vacuum leak or bad tps sensor. I was going to fix it, but I have to sell the car this week.

Small exhaust leak somewhere.

I am asking 11,000 obo. I believe that this is a steal of a deal for the price. I am willing to do whatever it itakes to get it sold this week, as I have no choice anymore. I need the money for my house closing.

THats KBB prices, so I figure with it needing a new hood ($500) and the other little hail damage, etc. I figure its well worth 11,000.

Clear title? How's the engine? smoke on start up? Has it been in MN all of it's life? Sorry about all of the questions but these cars are really finicky if they aren't taken care correctly.

No smoke on start up, or if there is its very little?

I bought it from Iowa

The only problems are that it idle rolls and exhaust leak.

It was only 11 hours from the last post to when you bumped it. Seems kinda unnecessary. However, I wish I had 11 grand. I'd scoop this up in a second.
