Pressing and Powdercoat

I've spoken to a powdercoating shop (Twin City Metalseal in Dinkytown) in regards to getting my control arms/suspension powdercoated black. They sound like they can bake my arms with their cooker at 400*F, which shouldn't melt the rubber that two have. My issue really isn't with them. My problem is with the machinist that wants $20 per ball joint, in order to press them out. This does not include pressing them back in. I was wondering if anyone has any information that they can share as to who they have used in the past. I have 6-8 pieces that need the joints pressed out. And about 20 or so pieces that need to be sandblasted and powdercoated black. I'm not sure as to the exact number of pieces, since I'm going back today to get the rest of them. I have not spoken to a sandblaster either, since TCM does not sandblast.

If anyone knows of a shop that can do two or all three, please let me know. If any of the sponsors are interested in doing this work, please PM me.

And you might as well put in new polyurethane bushings as well!

I've had the Prothane kit for months now. Time to install.
