RIP Don Polk

This was posted on that other forum but seeing that some of you have probably done business with Don, I see no reason for not posting it here too. Courtesy of Jeff Sexton:

Yesterday, Don had a bad ATV accident, and was taken to St. Joseph's hospital in Hot Springs. After a surgery to repair his leg and remove his spleen his heart stopped. He passed away a little before midnight.

Polk Performance. A shop down by Georgia somewhere. He's been in the DSM game a long time. He was also a stunt biker and has been injured before, so I guess he went out doing what he loved.

He made a lot of cool race only parts. Some people like to push the limits, he pushed a bit too hard. RIP
