The icam company puts cameras into fleet and delivery vehilces and records on a loop. The footage is saved in case of an accident to determine cause. IE if it is driver error, other person, or equipment failure. They have some other good ones at the web site.

As for this one it looks like the guy fell asleep hit something and went into a spin. The G forces on the bottom tell the story of how hard he hit.

hahaha OWNED!! I've seen that before but I cant get over how many g's he hits at suck a low speed I believe he was going about 30 if I remember correctly. Also goes to show what wearing your seat belt can prevent!!

If you have racing harnesses you always put them on because they feel snug like your part of the car, and you look tight, and that way your not sitting on them. We were in a car accident at like 10mpg on ice and my friends seat belt (like a 90 Ford Taurus ) broke. I always harness up, or belt up, its def worth it.
