its a jet engine from a regular old turbo and has an afterburner on it. since im going to school for aviation maitenance i thought it would be kinda fun.

fookin A, i did an entire presentation to my engineerings class 1.5 yrs ago about building exactly one of those gas turbines out of a turbocharger. very cool, one guy brought one to the dsm shootout last year. god i love the sound.

yeah it should be cool since i had turbines class last semester. i want to make a little gokart and throw it on there and take it to the track for the hell of it..

on that site to they have a smaller looking garrett or mitsu turbo that works off of an oven that is burning wood. if you like that sound, that one sounds good once they light it up

There is a guy on the internet with a bunch of movies of jet engines he's made, from jet turbines like that movie to pulsejet engines. Very cool stuff, he even sells kits to make your own.

Hell yeah, i want two mounted to the back of my 1st gen, flip a switch and then who looks like NFS Underground, just need some graphics and boom, Im In The Game!
