1g/2g motor mouts?

Does anyone know if 2g motor mounts would fit on a 1g car? I don't think they would but I'm just curious.

There's only one motor mount on the motor in a 2g (driver side) and three on the transmission. On a 1g, there are three motor mounts on the motor and one mount on the transmission. If you put the only 2g motor mount on a 1g, you will not be able to use any other mounts.
